We’re proud to feature mouth-watering hot dogs - both natural casing and skinless – from Boar’s Head, one of America’s finest purveyors of premium delicatessen products and a New England favorite for nearly a century. Our broad selection includes vegetarian, kosher, pork & veal, and chicken dogs, kielbasa, knockwurst, sausage, and bratwurst. New England Hot Dog responds to the health-conscious hot dog lover with a selection of light, low-carb wraps, ideal for Atkins and South Beach dieters.
New England Hot Dog’s menu contains an amazing 35 gourmet hot dogs, named after area cities or popular tourist locations, in keeping with our New England theme. Among them are the mouth-watering Gloucester, smothered with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and French’s mustard; and the Ipswich, sporting the "World’s best Ipswich ale mustard," sweet red pepper relish and chopped onions. And we don’t stop there! Our cleverly named "Smorgasdog" boasts an impressive selection of 37 different toppings, with which customers may dress their "dog" of choice! Hot dog rolls are available steamed or grilled with or without butter.
Dairy adds more "stars" to our menu, as we feature top-of- the-line Brigham’s ice cream, and Elan frozen yogurt, craved by New Englanders since 1914. This rich, creamy delight is made from a top-secret recipe that uses a full 15% butterfat and only the choicest ingredients.

Our front service counter is designed to allow customers full view of the spotlessly clean kitchen area, stocked with the freshest ingredients. An easy-to-read, attractive menu board hangs above the counter. Beverages are neatly organized nearby in sparkling clean, brightly lit coolers. An adjacent rack displays our bags of snacks.
New England Hot Dog designed a kitchen layout so efficient that only two or three people are required to run it, even during peak times. Gleaming stainless steel counters, equipment and fixtures are kept showroom-clean, without so much as a speck of grease above the grill. New England Hot Dog franchisees will be trained in all of our operations and procedures. In addition to instruction in administrative, operational and sales/marketing areas, you will receive important hands-on experience. Shortly before and immediately after your restaurant’s opening, an experienced trainer from New England Hot Dog will provide on-site training to help you get up and running.
This ongoing process will include training and support in many crucial areas of your business. We will assist you with issues, including unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.
A state-of-the-art Point of Sale System, developed for New England Hot Dog, will make the customer ordering and order preparation process easy and quick. In addition, the POS System will give you access to management information, product ordering management, scheduling, and inventory and cash controls.
We will provide you with guidelines for choosing an optimum location for your New England Hot Dog restaurant. Suggested locations will include food courts at retail shopping areas and strip malls relatively close to residential or tourist areas. If you are considering a convenient drive-through option, an end-cap situation is preferable.
We are experienced at promoting New England Hot Dog and will share this expertise with you. We will assist you with consumer marketing plans and develop materials for use at the local or regional level, and we will coordinate the development of advertising materials and strategies for all members of the franchise network.

We will be choosing a select number of franchisee candidates who may be awarded a New England Hot Dog franchise. In order to be considered, you must possess a strong sales and customer-service orientation. You should have well-developed people skills, coupled with a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing nature. Maturity, stability, and high personal standards of honesty, integrity, and excellence are also required. Finally, you must be able to take direction. Restaurant experience is not required.
